This Red/Gold Neutrik NP3TT-P-AU-R is a male 4.4 mm (0.173-inch) TT Bantam cable-end plug with a Red plastic housing and gold-plated contacts. Choose your housing color

Check the patch-panel format and cable fit

Confirm that your patch panel uses 4.4 mm TT Bantam connections; this is not a 1/4-inch or 3.5 mm plug. Match tip, ring, and sleeve wiring to your patch system's requirements. Check both the 4.0–4.8 mm cable-jacket fit and the listed wire size of 0.25 mm² / 24 AWG.

Solder and crimp assembly required

The tip and ring connections are soldered. The sleeve/shield connection uses a hex crimp that also provides cable retention. The listed shield-crimp size is 5.41 mm hex, according to IEC 60803, die designation D. The existing assembly information specifies a standard RG58 crimp tool; verify the actual die size and follow Neutrik's preparation instructions rather than choosing a tool by name alone.

Prepare the shield and conductors as instructed, make the solder and crimp connections, then check continuity, tip/ring/sleeve routing, shorts, and cable retention before use. This is not a solderless connector or an all-solder termination.
