Sennheiser HM 200 Omnidirectional Headworn Microphone with Miniature MKE 1 Capsule (Beige)

Discreet, Hands-Free Speech Pickup for the Stage

Keep the attention on your words and performance rather than a handheld microphone. This beige Sennheiser HM 200 listing features a miniature MKE 1 omnidirectional capsule in a headworn format for speech, musical, and theater applications.

Keep Your Hands Free and Your Microphone Close

For a presentation, dialogue, or a musical performance, a headworn microphone lets you move and gesture without holding a mic. The lightweight metal frame and short, flexible boom support an unobtrusive setup and careful capsule positioning. Fit the microphone according to Sennheiser's instructions and check its position during rehearsal before the performance begins.

Key Features

• Miniature MKE 1 capsule: omnidirectional pickup for voice applications.
• Headworn format: keeps your hands available for presenting or performing.
• Short, flexible boom: supports placement close to the performer.
• Lightweight metal frame: a low-profile design for onstage use.
• Beige version: the color specified for this listing.
• Wireless bodypack application: requires a compatible transmitter and matching microphone connection.

Understand the Omnidirectional Pickup

The capsule picks up sound from all directions rather than rejecting surrounding sound like a directional microphone. Consistent placement, suitable gain, room acoustics, and loudspeaker positioning all affect the result. Check speech clarity and feedback margin with the complete sound system during setup.

Confirm the Exact Version Before Ordering

Match the microphone's exact manufacturer part number, connector, wiring, and powering requirements to your bodypack transmitter. A matching plug shape alone does not establish compatibility. Confirm the supplied accessories for this specific version if you need particular caps, clips, or a carrying case, and follow Sennheiser's fitting and care instructions.
