PanaVise 301 Standard PanaVise

The original standard PanaVise is an all-purpose work holding unit, perfect for both industrial and home hobbyist applications. Head is die-cast alluminum alloy with steel and brass inserts. Vise head tilts, turns, and rotates with one knob and moves easily through three planes: 360 degree rotation, 360 degree swivel, and 90 degree pivot. Jaws are 2-1/2 inch (64mm) wide and open to 2-1/4 inch (58mm). The base features a 4-5/16 inch (111mm) bolt circle. Original PanaVise stands 6 3/4 inch (173mm) tall, weighs 2 lbs, 11 oz. (1.2kg).

PanaVise 312 Tray Base Mount

This cast aluminum Base Mount adds stability and has six integral parts wells with rounded and sloped walls for easy parts retrieval. Compatible with the 201 PV Jr. Vise, 300, 301 and 305 Bases. Includes six non-marring, anti-skid pads. Three 1/4-20 holes are drilled and tapped on the outer lip for mounting accessories such as the 371 Solder Station. PanaVise 371 Solder Station

The PanaVise 371 solder station is a complete soldering kit (soldering iron and solder not included), designed primarily for use with the PanaVise 308 weighted base mount and the 312 parts tray base mount. The kit includes a wire soldering iron holder, a controlled-feed solder/wire holder, two nib sponges with self-purging slits, and two mounting screws and nuts. The soldering iron holder and solder/wire holder attach to the outer edge of the 312 parts tray mount or the winged edges of the 308 weighted base mount with included screws. In either case, this allows the user to safely and conveniently house a soldering iron and solder. The two nib sponges are shaped to fit into any two of the six part wells of the 312 parts tray base mount. The kit may also be used as a freestanding unit, easily attaching to a bench or wall, with the nib sponges placed in shallow wetted containers for convenient wiping away of burnt flux and other material that builds up on soldering iron tips.

Kester 44 Rosin Core Solder 63/37 .031" 1 lb. Spool

Kester 44 Rosin Flux is an activated rosin formula for use in flux-cored solder wire. 44 has virtually dominated the field of activated rosin core solders for well over five decades. An outstanding performance feature of this flux is the "instant-action" wetting behavior. The high mobility and fast-spreading action of this flux results in more reliable production line soldering. Under IPC J-STD-004, 44 is classified as ROM1. Despite the increased activity and soldering performance, 44 passes both 85°C/85% RH and 40°C/90% RH SIR test methods.
