Description
Professional Broadcast Boom Headset, 600 Ohm, Hypercardioid Microphone, 6 ft. Cable with Bare Leads (No Connectors)
The HMD26-II-600-8 Dynamic Broadcast Headset from Sennheiser includes a dynamic microphone which has been re-engineered and features dependable acoustic performance, effective suppression of surrounding noise with a sophisticated response for lowest structure-born noise. The microphone boom can be worn on either right- or left-hand side and the short flexible boom part assures correct microphone positioning. With 600 Ω impedance, the microphone produces clear sound and even caters to the requirements of demanding broadcast applications.
The closed, supra-aural headphones have a high maximum SPL with efficient passive noise attenuation. They are equipped with ActiveGard limiter technology that protects hearing from volume peaks above 105 dB. This limiter can be activated or deactivated.
Features:
- Lightweight with extra soft cushions for excellent wearing comfort
- Headphone with accurate sound reproduction for professional applications
- Microphone for audio transmission in high broadcast quality
- Microphone can either be worn right or left hand side
- ActiveGard limiter technology protects hearing from volume peaks above 105 dB
- Reliable performance over long lifetime for safe investments
- Swiveling ear cap for single sided listening
- Modular concept of boom, cable and cushions for highest flexibility
- Microphone has a shock-mounted capsule for absorbing structure-born noise
- Short flexible part of the boom secures right positioning of microphone
- High maximum sound pressure level of 105 dB SPL with ActiveGard On)
- Following the modular concept, ear cushions and padding can be replaced easily. The modular set-up of the 26-II family permits different variants of cables and connectors
- Corresponding cable-II family is copper material reinforced with Kevlar for high durability. The special shape with short coiled part absorbs structure born noise coming from cable perfectly.
