Milled from solid brass, and 24-karat gold plated for maximum signal transfer, these locking, expanding banana plugs feature a polycarbonate shell to provide protection from unintended contact while accepting up to 8 AWG wire.

These locking, expanding banana plug connectors are manufactured with color-coded polycarbonate shells for quick polarity identification and protection from possible short-circuiting contact.

Milled from solid brass and plated with 24 karat gold, to provide a long lifetime of service free of oxidation, each connector features two hex-head screws to create a gas-free connection that holds your speaker wire firmly in place.

Integral to the design of these banana plugs is a central spike, driven by the upper knurled portion of the connector, which spreads the banana plug tines. This action firmly locks the banana plug into 5-way binding posts and banana jacks for a worry-free connection. Accepts up to 8 AWG wire.
