Build an eight-channel audio snake

Mogami W2932 is an eight-channel multipair audio cable for custom studio snakes and balanced audio cable assemblies. Sold by the foot, it combines eight individually twisted, shielded pairs within a compact Black outer jacket.

How to order

Sold by the foot. Enter the number of feet you need in the quantity field. For example, quantity 25 means one continuous 25-foot piece.

Numbered channel jackets and color-coded pairs help you identify connections during assembly. Each channel has its own served copper shield and drain wire to simplify termination.

Plan your connectors and breakout

The cable’s approximate 11.5 mm overall diameter is an important check when selecting connector housings and strain relief. Each channel contains two 26-AWG signal conductors plus a separate drain wire.

Match your connector contacts to the conductor sizes, and plan how each pair will be supported and protected at the breakout. Follow the connector manufacturer’s preparation and wiring instructions.
