Black Mogami W2697 miniature balanced microphone cable, sold by the foot

Black Mogami W2697 is a miniature two-conductor microphone cable with 28-AWG conductors, a served spiral shield, and a flexible PVC jacket measuring 2.5 mm in outside diameter. This is bulk cable without connectors, for custom cable assembly and repair.

How to order your length

Sold by the foot. Enter the number of feet you need in the quantity field. For example, quantity 25 means one continuous 25-foot piece. Your order ships as one continuous piece, not separate one-foot sections. This listing is for your selected length, not a full factory roll.

Match the cable to your microphone and connector

The compact construction is intended for miniature microphone applications, including lavalier cable builds where the equipment's wiring requirements suit this cable. Two insulated conductors and a separate shield support balanced wiring, but cable construction alone does not determine compatibility with a particular microphone, transmitter, or connector. Check the equipment pinout and any microphone power requirements before assembly.

Choose connector terminals and strain relief that suit the 2.5 mm jacket and fine 28-AWG conductors. A connector designed for larger cable may not grip this jacket securely. Soldering and cable assembly are required; handle the fine conductors carefully and check continuity and shorts before use.
