The NCEC extended cardioid capsule delivers balanced vocal coverage and natural transient response, with voicing drawn from the Audix OMX series. Whether you're leading a service, singing lead vocals, or addressing an audience, it is designed to keep your voice clear and even-sounding across a wide dynamic range.

Straightforward Wireless Setup

One-touch infrared sync pairs the handheld transmitter with the receiver, helping simplify setup before rehearsal or an event. The system operates across a 48 MHz UHF tuning range from 494 to 542 MHz, with AES-256 encryption and less than 3 ms latency.

The compact, half-rack NCR1 receiver works as a standalone unit with the included power supply or can be incorporated into a rack-based setup.

Flexible Power and Interchangeable Capsules

The NCHH transmitter operates on two AA alkaline batteries or an NCLB rechargeable lithium-ion battery, with a listed battery life of more than nine hours. Built-in USB-C charging supports the rechargeable battery option, and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable is included.

A standard "S" thread capsule mount lets you change the microphone's pickup option without replacing the transmitter. Swap the included NCEC capsule for an optional NCTH tight hypercardioid capsule without tools when your application calls for a different pattern.
