Audix NC2HEC Novacore Dual-Channel Handheld Wireless System with Extended Cardioid Capsule

The Audix NC2HEC Novacore puts two handheld wireless microphones and a dual-channel digital receiver into one package for vocal performances, worship services, presentations, and shared-stage events. The system includes an NCR2 receiver, two NCHH handheld transmitter bodies, and two NCEC extended cardioid capsules, giving you two microphone channels without purchasing each component separately.

Two Handheld Microphones, One Receiver

Equip two vocalists or presenters with their own handheld microphones while managing both channels through the NCR2 receiver. One-touch IR sync pairs the transmitters with the receiver, helping streamline setup before a service, rehearsal, or event.

Extended Cardioid Capsules for Vocals and Speech

The included NCEC capsules provide balanced vocal pickup with natural transient response. Their extended cardioid pattern offers even-sounding coverage for singers and speakers who vary their microphone position during a performance.

Digital Wireless with Low Latency

The Novacore platform combines AES-256 encryption with less than 3 ms latency and a 48 MHz UHF tuning range from 494–542 MHz. The NCR2 receiver also provides balanced XLR outputs and integrated Dante and computer networking for connection to compatible audio systems.

Flexible Transmitter Power

Each NCHH transmitter runs on two AA alkaline batteries or an optional NCLB rechargeable lithium-ion battery, with listed battery life of more than nine hours. Built-in USB-C charging supports the rechargeable battery option, giving you a choice between replaceable batteries and a rechargeable setup.

Change Capsules as Your Needs Change

The interchangeable capsule design uses an S-thread mount. Swap an NCEC capsule for an Audix NCTH tight hypercardioid capsule without replacing the transmitter body. Additional compatible Novacore components let you expand your setup as your input needs grow.
