Free delivery: for most orders $49.00 & up, within the 48 contiguous US States.

Lost/missing package: Performance Audio works with a variety of reputable shipping couriers to meet the demands of our customers. If you believe your package has become lost in transit, please contact Performance Audio as soon as possible. Domestic orders shipped within the US should be reported with 30 days of the ship date or 60 days for international orders. Missing orders reported after that time may have limited recourse.
International Orders: Your privacy is important to Performance Audio. We strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.

Credit Card Payments: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. If your method of payment is declined or there is an issue regarding your shipping information, a member of our team will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. To avoid unnecessary delay in shipping, please provide accurate billing, ship to, and phone/email contact information when using a credit or debit card. You can also contact us by email, phone, or live chat. We are not able to ship orders without an approved payment option.
**Orders placed using the PayPal Option must ship to a confirmed address and may also be subject to other PayPal verification processes. Performance Audio is restricted from making any change to the delivery address selected via the PayPal payment process.
In compliance with Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover processing regulations, we have authentication and verification processes in place to protect credit card and debit card holders. Automatic verification options that occur at the time of your check out may include: AVS billing address verification and CVC/CVVC card ID verification.
*Federal US Holidays are not included in the number of transit days required. For example, an order that ships by Overnight Service on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Thursday, should be expected on Friday.
