Shortly after you place your order with Performance Audio, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any discrepancies with your order confirmation. Once your order has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
Performance Audio only ships on business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Performance Audio processes all orders placed by 3:00pm MST the same day. Weekends and Holidays excluded. All in stock orders will be shipped out same day. Out of stock orders and drop shipments will be completed as quickly as possible and Performance Audio will communicate any delays either by phone or email. Performance Audio has spent years developing close relationships with our vendors and most drop shipments are shipped within 24 hours of your order.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, all qualifying orders must be shipped complete. Standard ground shipping charges will be applied if your order is split up and shipped as available. Free Shipping orders are shipped via cheapest way and can take up to two weeks for delivery.

For APO/FPO customers, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Actual shipping charges apply. Expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO shipments.
Shipping methods used by Performance Audio include, but are not limited to: UPS, FedEx, USPS and Truck/Freight companies.
Live outside the US or Canada? Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. Please Contact Us directly to verify that we can fulfill your order and provide you with accurate shipping costs.

International Payments: We are unable to verify credit card payments outside the United States or Canada. If you are interested in placing an international order we require that you pay through Paypal or Wire Transfer. Please contact us to make sure that we are able to fulfill your order and to arrange payment.
Returns & Replacements: If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise.
Your privacy is important to us. We strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
