Return Policy

Let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order if any purchase is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or if an expedited order arrived late. For other returns, the following policies apply. 

Products purchased from Performance Audio must have a return shipping label dated within 14 days of the original delivery date. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging, accessories, UPCs, manuals, and bonus items. Any product that is not new in the original packaging or is returned after 14 days may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees, and will only be accepted at the discretion of Performance Audio. 

Some products may be ineligible for return. These include: 

  • Any in ear worn headphones 
  • Custom-configured products and items we don't normally keep in stock 
  • Opened software and all downloads 
  • Clearance and discontinued products 
  • Any item that is no longer in returnable condition (determined by Performance Audio) 

All returns must be authorized by Performance Audio. Please call us at (800) 771-8330 to verify product return eligibility and to receive a return authorization number. Ship the item with the RA# clearly visible, and not written on the actual product packaging. After inspection by a Performance Audio employee, a refund will be issued in the same way as payment was received. 

Performance Audio is not responsible for placing or removing holds on your credit card. We process refunds immediately and our card processing company posts these refunds at close every day. Depending on your banks policies, it may take up to 48, or even 72, hours for your funds to be released. Please contact your bank regarding any delays or holds in regards to refunds. 

If possible, enclose a copy of your order receipt in the package, and mail it via an insured carrier (most free insurance is only up to ). You are responsible to get the product back to us, and for any other shipping fees. This includes the original shipping fees we paid to get the product to you (even if there was a free shipping promotion), and any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer (if applicable). In the case of large items, these fees may be higher than expected. If you have any shipping questions, feel free to give us a call.

Performance Audio never wants to leave you with the wrong piece of gear. However, any excessive use or abuse of this policy may result in loss of certain provisions. We encourage you to review this return policy regularly for any changes.
