2 Channel Mic/Line Mixer with 3 Stereo Line Inputs, 3-Band EQ, +48v Power & Zoning
ARX introduces the MIXXMASTER 4 channel Microphone/Line Master Mixer, with two Mic/Line inputs, three stereo line inputs (one with 3 way EQ), and Left/Right (or Zone 1 and 2) master level controls. The companion product to the MIXX Four channel Microphone Mixer, they are both innovative products using the exclusive ARX "open buss" architecture which allows mixing and zoning systems of any complexity to be easily constructed using only two standard products:
Each MIXX or MixxMaster can be used as a standalone Audio Mixer, but when used together they form a powerful Mixing/Zoning System second to none in simplicity and total flexibility. You can link up multiple MIXX units to a MIXXMaster, or link multiple MIXXMaster units together. Simply by designating Master or Slave operation with a rear mounted switch, the MIXXMaster can be configured to suit your exact requirements.
Each Mic input on the MIXXMaster has a Balanced Low Noise Mic input, plus 3 way EQ and Pan controls. The Mic input can also be switched to be a Line input as required. You can link up multiple MIXX units to a MIXXMaster, or link multiple MIXXMaster units together. The unique "open buss" connectors on the rear panel allow you to easily link them, giving you as many combinations of Inputs and Outputs as you require. Switchable Phantom power is available on all Mic Inputs. The Stereo Line input 3/4 also has 3 way EQ, while the Stereo Line Inputs 5/6 and 7/8 each have a level control, and all the line inputs are industry standard RCA type connectors. Additionally there are Left and Right Master controls. The rear panel also has a connector for a push-to-talk jack, and a Priority override switch for Channel 1. Pressing this in will duck the level of the other channels by 20dB when Channel 1 is used.
With its superb audio quality, massive headroom and intuitive interface, the MIXXMaster and the MIXX series are the total solution to today's install requirements.
Universal AC Power
For all ARX Mixers the AC power range is a universal 100 to 120V or 220 to 240V AC, and is connected to the unit via a removable power lead and standard 3 pin IEC connector, with built-in fuse and voltage switch.
