Mogami W2319 Guitar Instrument Cable
Most musical instrument sound pick-ups such as those in electric guitars are comprised of high impedance circuits driven by voltage, in other words by very small electrical current flow. Therefore, so-called MICROPHONICS (noise) becomes a critical problem. (Microphonics means noise that is generated when the cable is moved and or tapped when the cabling circuit is a high impedance link.) Guitar cables must be counter-measured against this, so, a conductive PVC layer is placed under the shield conductor in most cases even though it may have a bad affect on audio sound quality. Therefore, the conductive PVC (black carbon PVC) layer must be removed together with the shielding conductor when wiring, otherwise we receive a strange claim that the cable is shorting.

SquarePlug SP500 Compact Pancake Right-Angle 1/4" TS Mono Cable Plug (Matte Nickel)
SquarePlug SP400 (SP500) is what we believe the 1/4" 'pancake-type' connector introduced by Switchcraft some 50 years ago under the designation 228, should look like in 2017. With today's trend towards more compact, all-in-one integrated systems, a smaller and more functional version of the Switchcraft 228 was needed. We took on the challenge of redesigning the S228 in every detail and we came up with the smallest solder type 1/4" right angle connector created to date. SP400 (SP500) is not only thinner than its counterparts, soldered and solderless alike, but is also narrower and shorter, which makes it the only soldered connector on the market to work with many switchers/controllers with close jack spacing.

Techflex - A Versatile Bundling & Protection Solution
The Techflex FLEXO PET (PT) grade is used in electronics, automotive, marine and industrial wire harnessing applications where cost efficiency and durability are critical.
The unique braided construction and wide expandability allows quick and easy installation over large connectors and long runs. PT can be found in applications ranging from small office/home office to high tech wire and cable harnesses.
PT is braided from 10 mil polyethylene terepthalate (PET) monofilament yarns. The material has a wide operating temperature range, is resistant to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. The sleeving cuts easily and cleanly with a hot knife and once installed, will beautify and protect any wire, hose or cable application.
