Shipping Information
Performance Audio only ships on business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Performance Audio processes all orders placed by 3:00pm MST the same day. Weekends and Holidays excluded. All in stock orders will be shipped out same day. Out of stock orders and drop shipments will be completed as quickly as possible and Performance Audio will communicate any delays either by phone or email.
If you have a time sensitive order, please Contact Us before you place your order so that we can make sure your gear arrives on time.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, all qualifying orders must be shipped complete. Standard UPS ground shipping charges will be applied if an order is split up and shipped as available.
For APO/FPO customers, all orders ship via USPS. Actuall shipping charges apply. Expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO shipments. Tracking for these orders is not available.
Shipping methods used by Performance Audio include, but are not limited to: UPS, FedEx, USPS and Truck/Freight companies.
Returns Information
Any product(s) purchased from the Performance Audio Web Store may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping costs.
All products must be returned in new condition with complete original packaging and manuals for full refund. Any products returned that do not include all original packaging will be subject to restocking fees.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Performance Audio. Contact us for a return authorization number. After the 14 day period, returns may be authorized at the discretion of Performance Audio, however re-stocking fees may apply. Refunds are issued the same way payment was received and only after the item(s) have been returned and inspected.
